A new approach to the universal and ever-repeated game of "... what's in the will for me?". An uncle who has been living in South Africa and not seen for many years, has died. A telegram to his five nephews announces the arrival of his widow at the station. Scores of conjectures fill the air about how poor she must be and what a nuisance to be burdened with. They are prepared to make short shrift of her until they meet her at the station: a charming young aunt accompanied by a friendly but business-like middle-aged woman. The five apprehensive nephews fearfully listen to the reading out of the will and discover that "good ol'uncle" understood the failings of each one of his nephews and demanded changes in their attitudes and behaviour before their becoming eligible to a share of his fortune. Even more intriguing is the switch the two women surprise them with very entertaining!
