Description

The young widow Marina is left with a small child to grow. Her love for officer Carlo is obstacled by the presence of another woman... but her sudden eye problems overcast the relationship. Not wanting to tell her lover she will be blind, Marina invents an excuse to leave him. Carlo, still in love with her, finds out about her handicap only years later... when at her daughter's wedding Marina trips and falls!
