During World War II, the American Lieutenant Hoffman is ordered to get a copy of the German plan K, which is locked in the safe of Villa Verde, the German Command's Headquarters. With four more men, Hoffman succeeds in entering Villa Verde, where he gets in contact with Helga Richter, a German girl of the auxiliary forces, who is an American spy. With the girl's help, the Americans are able to open the safe and photograph plan K. One of the Americans is unfortunately forced to kill an enemy soldier, thereby disclosing their presence in the Villa to the Germans. Wild shooting follows in which Helga and three men are killed, the others return to their Command with the plan.
