In a London Hotel a man carrying a suitcase full of forged dollars is killed by a gunman who then sets fire to the case and all the money. Secret Agent Lucky is given the job of finding and destroying the blocks on which the forged bills were printed, thus avoiding the collapse of the western world. The mission takes Lucky to Rome and then, after various adventures, to Lopagan in Central America, where the blocks are supposed to be. A complex series of events follows in which the case, which is supposed to contain the plates, blows up together with Lucky.
