A fast-moving action film in which sharp operators try to control large oil resources by payoffs, double-dealing and murder. Johnny, a quick-witted lawman, circumvents their plans by outthinking and outdrawing them. He also saves the beautiful Shanda, a not too active member of the criminal plot, from a life of crime and falls in love with her. A satisfying plot.
