Walter and Ugo are in love with Vittoria, but her father does not want her to date them. Unable to leave the barracks to meet her, the two send a common friend, Nino, to take her to the movies... Vittoria falls in love with him, but a misunderstanding risks to ruin their happiness. Nino's sister is a dancer in an unlucky group, and Walter, Ugo and the other soldiers, try to organize them a show that, without tenor Tagliavini's presence, would have been a real flop!!
