Description

Great swordsman, Baron Sigognac alias "Capitan Fracassa", in love with actress Isabelle, follows and defends her fellow comedians on a tour. The Duke of Vallombrosa, not wanted by Isabelle, kidnaps her... The presence of a couple of bandits complicates the adventure but, thanks to a mysterious ring the Duke recognizes in Isabelle... his daughter! Captain Fracassa, having straightened out his conflicts with Isabelle's father, will finally crown his love for the actress with a rightful wedding.
