Gary Hamilton, a brave army officer, is unjustly condemned for a robbery. Ten years later he returns to his hometown with the precise intention of seeking revenge on Acombar, his old accuser. The latter, rich with the gold stolen ten years before, has become a very despotic man in his county. Hiding in an Indian cemetery, Gary plans his revenge. In a useless attempt to escape, Acombar -by a tragic error- kills his own son who by then had chosen the side of Gary. Once he has regained his honor; Gary leaves the gold to the exploited villagers.
