Description

Locklake, Scotland: during the superstitious 17th century, the witch Martha Gunt is burned on a stake, but before dying she curses the village! One hundred years later a girl bearing the same name arrives in Locklake on her honeymoon... Suspected responsible of strange cases of witchcraft, the innocent newlywed is condemned to the same cruel death... when Maciste - who had descended to hell to defeat the devil that was haunting the village - saves her from the flames!
