1500 A.C.: Count Fabio and his sister Isabelle live in the family castle. Marco Sforza, having learned of a plot against Fabio, tries to warn him, but it is too late... Marco falls in love with Isabelle but the girl is forced to marry a Borgia, one of her brother's killers. The two famous Italian noble households, the Sforzas and the Borgias, decide to fight a bloody and deadly combat: the Borgias are forced to retreat and Marco and Isabelle can finally realize their dream of love
