A young diplomat is breathtaken by a beautiful woman whom he follows down the street. To start a relationship with her, he introduces himself proposing a companionship between her dog Titì and his pechinese. The woman's husband, amused goes along with the joke and the Casanova becomes a constant pest in their home. The woman resists him, and overcoming the critical moment, decides it's time to speak to the fellow...
