Athos Junior arrives for the first time in Tara, near Purma, to inquire about his father's murder back in 1939. The young man starts to contact the friends, the lover and anybody else who had contacts with his father, a famous anti-fascist hero.... but mystery and silence sorround the event... nobody seems to remember or does not want to talk about it! Athos gives up the inquiry but, while waiting for the train, a doubt creeps in his mind: did his father's mythical image truly exist?
